Penukaran caj perkhidmatan PTPTN

Khusus untuk peminjam PTPTN

Pasti ramai yg dah baca keratan akhbar Utusan nih,
* klu yg blom bace tu, baca sekarang...



walaupun dinyatakan "...proses permohonan penukaran caj perkhidmatan tersebut diadakan secara berperingkat mengikut tahun pinjaman dan tidak dibuka kepada secara serentak kepada semua peminjam..." harap lebih alert pd mende cmnih...

Berikut merupakan langkah-langkah untuk melakukan pindaan pembiayaan tersebut:

1.) Pergi ke laman web PTPTN.

2.) Isikan nombor Kad Pengenalan dan emel.

3.) Selepas itu, pihak PTPTN akan menghantar mesej ke emel anda.

4.) Satu pautan khas akan dihantar melalui alamat emel yang didaftarkan supaya anda dapat mengisi maklumat-maklumat wajib untuk penukaran pinjaman kepada pembiayaan pendidikan PTPTN.

5.) Anda mestilah memastikan maklumat yang diisi adalah tepat dan betul sebelum menekan butang "Teruskan" bagi tujuan pendaftaran. Setiap pendaftaran yang telah dihantar TIDAK boleh dibuat pindaan lagi.

6.) Sebarang pertanyaan lanjut boleh hubungi PTPTN HOTLINE di talian 03-2080 4455.

7.) Semakan Jadual Kemaskini Maklumat Bagi Proses Penawaran Ujrah SILA RUJUK DI SINI.

Health tips : Ulser Mulut

Post ini diilhamkan oleh rakan se-intern sy,Sherry..
Katanye lately slalu sakit Ulser mulut...
*ntah ape sbbnyer...hmmm...

Anda2 diluar sana pun,
mungkin ada yg pernah mengalaminya,
so...sila baca ye...:)


A lil' bit bOut ----> Ulser Mulut / Mouth Ulcer



Punca2
* Kecederaan pada dinding mulut - tergigit, makanan tajam ,panas, bahan kimia (aspirin, alkohol, sodium laryl sulfate)
* tahap immuniti yang rendah
* jangkitan kulat (Coccidiodes immitis, Cryptococcus neoformans, Blastomyces dermatitis)
* jangkitan bakteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Treponema pallidum)
* jangkitan virus (Herpes Simplex Virus, Varicella Zoster, Coxsackie A Virus)
* stress
* penyakit yang berkaitan dengan sistem penghadaman seperti Penyakit Crohn, Penyakit Coeliac, SLE, Ulcerative Colitis
* kekurangan vitamin C & B12
* penyakit autoimmuniti- Mukus Membran Pemphigoid
* kanser oral
* kitaran haid

5. Ambil vitamin dan asid folik. Vit A & D - kesihatan lapisan mulut. Vit C - Imun
6. Guna bahan kumuh yang antiseptik.
7. Elakkan makanan terlalu panas.
8. Elakkan penggunaan ubat gigi yang mengandungi Sodium Lauryl Sulphate(SLS).
9. Makan makanan seperti yogurt dan probiotic
10. Minum air dengan banyak

Get fit in 5 days...boleh ke ???

for me
maybe it sounds impossible
*those who know me well....will agree


im not an athlete or even sportsman type,
dont have those muscular muscles & stuff,



many will find it awkward 2 see me @ gym,

but must try to get fit,
no matter what,

why???


there will be a futsal match this coming tuesday,
and i am playin'


so...to make sure that im not screwing things up ~~~> infront of the staffs
must be well-prepared ~ physically & mentally
*haha...main futsal je pown...


Here some tips... to focus on

1- Cardiovascular Endurance -
More Active
the more cardiovascular fit you are, the healthier your lungs, heart and vascular system is.
Exercises: Jogging, cycling and swimming and aerobics


2- Muscular Strength -More Strength

as well as repetitive exercise (calisthenics)

especially yg bergelar pelajar..

since sekarang sume tgh bz exam,
mesti ade rakan2 yg akan stay up late utk study last minit,

hafal key-point terakhir b4 jawab exam, ~ rwanda


well...mende nih dah menjadi kebiasaan,

dah jd trend dah pelajar U /kolej suka tido lewat,

dorang buat ape????

Punca-punca
v Tekanan dan kerisauan
v Ketidakselesaan persekitaran sekeliling yang tidak sesuai untuk tidur.
v Persekitaran baru – e.g. Berpindah ke rumah baru.
v Nokturia (kencing pada waktu malam) – biasanya didapati pada warga tua disebabkan oleh penyakit-penyakit seperti penyakit kelenjar prostat atau kelemahan otot-otot pundi kencing.
v Sakit pada penyakit-penyakit tertentu.
v Dicetus oleh ubat, misalannya alkohol dengan cepatnya akan menyebabkan tidur yang
pendek, tetapi terdapat insomnia berbalik.
v Pemberhentian pengambilan ubat-ubat tertentu, seperti agen hipnotik.

Apa yang boleh dilakukan oleh anda
v Menjadikan persekitaran tidur lebih selesa.
v Mengadakan masa yang tertentu untuk tidur.
v Elakkan terlalu banyak perkara yang menguja sebelum tidur.
v Elakkan tidur yang sebentar pada sianghari.
v Elakkan minuman yang beralkohol atau yang berkafein sebelum masuk tidur. Di
sebaliknya, ambil minuman bersusu.
v Senam selalu pada waktu siang 3-5 kali seminggu tetapi elakkan senaman sebelum
masuk tidur.
v Jika anda tidak tidur dalam masa 20 minit, bangun dari katil anda dan duduk di bilik yang
lain sehingga anda terasa mengantuk.
v Baca sebuah buku yang membosankan.
v Dengar muzik yang lembut.
v Runding dengan doktor anda, jika masalah ini berterusan untuk banyak hari atau
mengganggu aktiviti harian anda.
v Ambil ubatan seperti agen hipnotik untuk insomnia hanya jika dipreskripsi oleh seorang doktor.

Causes
v Stress and worry
v Uncomfortable environment not conducive to sleep.
v New environment – e.g. shifting to new house.
v Nocturia – common in older person due to illness like prostate gland disease or weakness of the bladder muscles.
v Pain in certain types of illness.
v Drug induced e.g. alcohol will quickly induce short sleep, but there is rebound insomnia.
v Withdrawal of certain drugs e.g. hypnotics.

What You Can Do
v Make the sleeping environment more comfortable.
v Have a regular time for sleeping.
v Avoid too much excitement before sleeping.
v Avoid catnaps during the day.
v Avoid alcohol or caffeine containing drinks before going to bed. Instead, take a milky drink.
v Exercise regularly during the day 3-5 times a week but avoid exercise before bedtime.
v If you do not sleep in 20 minutes, get out of bed and sit in another room till you feel sleepy.
v Read a boring book.
v Listen to soft music.
v Consult your doctor, if this problem lasts for many days or affects your daily activities.
v Take medication, such as hypnotics, as anfor insomnia only d when prescribed by a doctor

well im not sure whether it's called

KTM ETS

or

Shuttle 6-car Komuter


but certainly with 6 coaches,
*rather than normal KTM komuter , only 3 coaches
brings A LOT of Confortness *wujud ke word nih (-_-)!

Anywayz ...keep it UP...KTM!!!
